Laurence leads AI advocacy, research and developer relations at Google. He's the teacher of the world's most popular MOOCs on TensorFlow with over 1M students, an award-winning researcher, best-selling author of programming books for AI and ML developers, and international lecturer at Universities such as Harvard, Oxford, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He's passionate about equipping all developers with AI and Machine Learning.
When not googling, he's a passionate Sci-Fi nerd, author of several popular novels, a published comic-book author and screenwriter, and recently architect of the popular Stargate AI series, where he created screenplays for the TV show, which were read by the original actors in a webby award honored screencast.
